Room Reservations

Tarlton's seven conference rooms are available for Texas Law students to use and can be reserved in advance.

Policies

  • Each law student may reserve a conference room for a total of two hours each week.
  • Reservations may be made online up to one week in advance.
  • Please contact Martha Clark if you need to reserve a room for more than two hours.
  • Law school journals may reserve conference rooms for book pulls and citation checks Friday through Sunday. Each journal may reserve up to two rooms per day.

To reserve a room: Click on the button below, select the room/time and fill out the reservation form. You will be emailed a confirmation of your booking.

To cancel a reservation: Please refer to your confirmation email for a link to cancel your reservation. You may also contact Martha Clark (mclark@law.utexas.edu, 512-471-7726) to cancel a reservation.
